Here’s an easy recipe for granola. You may want to double this recipe as you can eat this in a couple of days. It’s great as a snack, as cereal or as a topping on your yogurt.
Easy Granola
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds/pecans)
1/4 cup real maple syrup
Raisins, cranberries, blueberries (optional)
Mix the ingredients above well, add cinnamon (to taste). Spread on cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, then cool. Add raisins, dried cranberries/blueberries (do not add berries before baking).
